To help laboratory technicians create beautiful restorations, Straumann conducts beginner and intermediate training sessions using the es1 scanner. Practical Techniques for the CADCAM User - Level 1
This course is designed to show new CADCAM customers how to create single copings, three unit bridges with bite registration, and understand the use of the copycad scanning program.This intensive one and a half day course will help our existing Straumann CADCAM customers to be more efficient in producing quality restorations for their dentists.
Participants will learn the differences between Straumann CADCAM materials available today, and how each may be beneficial depending upon a particular patient’s Crown and Bridge case. The expanded capabilities of the Straumann scanner to accurately scan and design full-mouth rehabilitations will be presented. An overview of how to utilize the Straumann scanner with all Straumann implants will also be a component of this program.
This program is open to all Straumann customers who have purchased the Straumann CADCAM system. Because of the complexity of this course we will allow only two people from your lab to attend..

Practical Techniques for the CADCAM User - Level 2

In this level 2 course, participants will learn how to enhance their skills and understand the differences between the tools used to help create accurate and esthetic restorations, and how each may be beneficial depending upon a particular patient’s case. The expanded capabilities of the es1™ scanner to accurately scan and design full-mouth rehabilitations will be presented.
An overview of how to utilize the es1™ scanner with all Straumann® dental implants and create Copy CAD and 5.0 Scanbody implant abutments will be a component of this program. This course is designed to show existing CADCAM customers how to create long-span bridgework with bite registration, Maryland bridges and single Inlay/Onlay bridges with bite registration. Our recent software updates allow you to create and design provisional restorations, a new revenue source for your dental laboratory, will also be covered, as well as utilizing marketing techniques to help you grow your business.
